“Elite” Package – $150 (Salt Lake County only)

    1. Up to 8 strategically placed metal A-Frame Directional signs. 
    2. An informational map indicating our placement of each Directional sign 
    3. A 15 foot Open House Feather Flag installed in front of your listing 
    4. Unique Open House Announcement Sidewalk sign placed in the front yard.
    5. Sign-in Sheets and Pen

“Grand Package” – $170 (Salt Lake County only)

    1. Up to 8 strategically placed metal A-Frame Directional signs. 
    2. An informational map indicating our placement of each Directional sign 
    3. A 15 foot Open House Feather Flag installed in front of your listing 
    4. Unique Open House Announcement Sidewalk sign placed in the front yard.
    5. Sign-in Sheets and Pen
    6. Kick off your Shoes” Shoe Cover Bundle – Includes use of Decorative Sign w/stand, Bootie Basket, and 10 pair Booties (please return all items)
    7. Two dozen 8 oz bottles of chilled water

“Premier” Package – $215 (Salt Lake County only)

    1. Up to12 strategically placed metal A-Frame Directional signs. 
    2. An informational map indicating our placement of each Directional sign 
    3. TWO – 15 foot Open House Feather Flags installed in front of your listing 
    4. Unique Open House Announcement Sidewalk sign placed in the front yard.
    5. Two dozen 8 oz bottles of chilled water
    6. Bag of ice
    7. Decorative Ice Bucket
    8. Two dozen cookies and napkins
    9. Sign-in Sheets and Pen
    10. “Kick off your Shoes” Shoe Cover Bundle – Includes use of Decorative Sign w/stand, Bootie Basket, and 10 pair Booties (please return all items)

Please Note:

  • We use our equipment and signage and not agent/brokerage specific signage/equipment
  • A cancellation fee of 25% will be charged if you cancel within 48 hours of your Open House.
  • Reservations are secured once paid in full.

 

Additional Specifics for your Brokerage:

Agents from your brokerage can request the “Blow-up Waving Guy” installed free of charge with the “Grand”, or “Premier” packages.  Request for the Waving blow-up guy must be made at time of reservation and will be first come, first serve.
